Directions:

Take the Gautrain Bus (Sunninghill Route) from Midrand station – click here . The Sunninghill Hospital is the closes stop to us. We are diagonally opposite Sunninghill hospital, on the other side of the highway, so you have to cross the hightway walking onthe Bowling road bridge and turn left immediately into Riley road. we are about 5/600 metres walk from here)

From Roodepoort:
1. Head northeast on N1 Western Bypass
2. Take exit 100 for Witkoppen Road E toward R564 E/M9 N/Rivonia Road N (Sunninghil)
3. Turn right onto Witkoppen Rd
4. Turn right onto Bowling Ave (Sunninghill hospital should now be on the left corner)
5. Take the 1st left onto Riley Rd (Signage might be missing, but look for the tall trees of the golf course on this side)

From Pretoria:
1. Take exit Rivonia Rd/M9
2. Turn left into Rivonia Rd

3. Turn left into 12th Road (BP-garage should now be on your left)
4. At the T-junction turn left into Bowling Ave
5. Take the 1st right onto Riley Rd (Signage might be missing, but look for the tall trees of the golf course on this side)

Parking:

As you go through security, turn right. You will see the Visitor’s parking on your left. Walk past the coffee shop. We are on the ground floor – the 3rd office on your right (G19).

Training start time:

09h00, You may arrive earlier and wait in the coffee shop or in our office as we normally open the office around 08h00.

What to bring with:

If you have a laptop it is recommended that you bring it with because it is easier to take your exercises home with you.
