This programme focuses on providing managers and supervisors with the skills necessary to be able to lead people development and talent management within a business, as well as select and recruit candidates effectively within the requirements of an organisation, and monitor and evaluate team members according to organisational standards.

Credits obtained upon completion of this programme contribute towards the National Certificate in Generic Management (NQF 5.)
