HISTORY

With a heart for people and having the privilege of watching them change Shelley McMaster set out in 1995 to make a difference in people’s lives in all areas of business. Her first big client was Bankfin followed by MTN RSA. As her client base grew, other later joined as associates. Shelley McMaster then changed its name to McMaster Institute to allow for the joining of associates into the team.

We want to equip and build people through life changing experience teaching them not “what to think” but rather “how to think”. Our primarily interest is to build relationships with our customers, using a passionate team of individuals. We are committed to providing outcomes-based solutions for the identified human capital developmental needs of customer with the aim of meeting business objectives, integrating equal opportunity and social development principles.
