Our objective is to equip them with the necessary skills that will aid them into stepping into their career path.
The GLA is active at three hubs. RLabs Bridetown HQ, Youth Cafe Rocklands and RLab Iringa Tanzania.
LEADERSHIP
Students work closely with two life coaches who teach them how to harness their potential.
TECHNOLOGY
Students are introduced to various online tools including social media platforms to give them a digital voice.
DESIGN
Enabling students to exercise their ideas through visual thinking, mind mapping.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Identifying needs/opportunities in the community and how they can be converted into a business opportunity.
COMMUNITY DEVOLOPEMENT
Students are inspired to find ways to uplift the community.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Students will learn valuable lessons about the project management process, the key role players in a project, and acquire skills and understanding on how to successfully manage and complete a project.
SOCIAL INNOVATION
Assisting students to look at new strategies, concepts and ideas that meet social needs of all kinds from working conditions and education to community development.
ALUMNI
After students have successfully completed GLA and graduated, our hope is to bring the GLA generations together and leave a footprint as GLA fellows.
